Zamare Minerals Limited is pleased to announce that it has completed an interim private placement for £220,000 (US$290,00). The fund raise was increased from the original target raise due to high demand from investors.
Zamare notes the exclusivity agreement between Arc and Anglo American over Arc’s Zambian copper exploration licences, the Arc Zamsort licence being very close to Zamare’s Ntambu licence.
