*** Olutunde Adebayo is beneficially interested in a total of 19,225,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company. Mr Adebayo holds 2,725,000 with 16,250,000 ordinary shares held by Seven Seven Resource Advisors Limited, a company wholly owned by Mr Adebayo, and 250,000 held by Gillian Joseph, a Person Closely Associated to Mr Adebayo under Market Abuse Regulation.
